Egyptians used chamomile for its healing properties, the Greeks to treat fever. In Western Europe, chamomile tea is a traditional part of family requirements after dinner.
Sowing advice:
1. Sowing: Sow from February to April in pots or planters your positioned sunny exposure and tamp the earth.
2. Thinning: In stage 6-7 leaves, pull the smallest and keep only the most vigorous plants to leave one plant per pot.
3. Harvest: Harvest the flowers before their full flowering from June to September. You can grow your chamomile directly in your garden by planting a plant every 30 cm.
